Current members of the EU
There are currently 28 members of the EU and the scope of protection of a Community trade mark (CTM) registration encompasses new members as they join.
Croatia was the last to join - from 1 July 2013. .

The membership of the EU is different to being a member of the Madrid Agreement or The Madrid Protocol.
