CURRENT MEMBERS OF THE MADRID ARRANGEMENT AND MADRID PROTOCOL – THE INTERNATIONAL REGISTER
This list is continually growing, albeit slowly. Please click on the link below to see the current list of territories which are members of either the Madrid Arrangement or the Madrid Protocol, or both.
Membership of each part has different rules; a territory which is member of the Madrid Protocol can be designated as part of an international registration by a UK applicant, who would have to base their international registration on a “home” UK or CTM application or registration.
Please contact us for more details of this scheme, which can have great cost and time benefits when compared with filing individual national applications for a basketful of countries.
